Turning the Tradeshow into a Game
In collaboration with Red Jelly and Woolworths, we helped reimagine the tradeshow experience – adding a layer of fun and interactivity that transformed the way attendees engaged with the event. The goal was to make it playful, informative, and rewarding – and we delivered just that with a custom-built app full of surprises.

Immersive Mini Games
The app featured a variety of mini games, including several set in fully explorable 360° worlds. Players could look around, find hidden gifts, and interact with the environment. These immersive spaces were all built from scratch, with hand-placed props and thoughtful layout design to create the illusion of depth and realism.

Meet the Avatars
Players could pick from nine animated avatars inspired by Woolworths staples – like a Woolworths basket, a slice of cheese, a head of broccoli, and even a roast chicken. Each character was fully rigged and animated, and could be customised with a fun range of hats, glasses, backdrops, and emotes.

Earn Coins, Unlock Gear
To tie it all together, we introduced an in-app currency system. Players earned coins by completing mini games, which they could spend in a digital store to unlock new avatars, accessories, and animations. This simple economy kept the experience engaging and encouraged repeat play.

Information Thats Actually Useful
Beyond the games and avatars, the app also acted as a hub for helpful content. Attendees could browse product details, discover recipe ideas, and find special deals – all woven seamlessly into the experience without breaking the fun.
